Review on MIDI Blocking Reading Glasses M209C5300 by James Kapihe

I usually buy cheaper reading glasses because I have a lot of them around the house, but I was intrigued to think that maybe part of my trouble falling asleep was due to blue light on my iPad, which I use every use night. I love these glasses. They are really light and the lenses make my vision clear and sharp. I fall asleep quickly at night. However, my dog has just been diagnosed with diabetes so she wakes us up at different times during the night/early morning to go for a walk so I can't tell if these glasses help me sleep through the night. I can highly recommend these glasses.
