Doesn't get hot over the stove.

Bought this bulb to replace the burned out one above the stove. I used another regular lightbulb first but noticed it was TOO HOT so I did a little research and found this lightbulb to try instead for safety reasons (I like to leave the light over the stovetop all the time). After some experimentation, the bulb doesn't get as hot as another average bulb, and I can safely leave it on all night. I hope this lasts long. UPDATE October 2018: The bulb is still on but I am in the process of buying another one as it is starting to dim. It was a good buy.
