I really like the belt, but there are some flaws. The metal piece that adjusts the length of the belt is bulky and doesn't fit through all the belt loops on my pants. The strap is easy to adjust, but it flexes too much for me and I don't feel secure when fastening. I wear it with regular pants. If you need this belt for sports, you may need to adjust it. So the strap is well made and feels very strong, but not for me.
