The magnets are not strong and the arm swings around

Modern phones are 6.5 inches and most have wireless charging. Therefore, you need to place the plate off-center on the bottom of the phone for the Q charger to work. This means you need a strong mount and strong magnet. This product is well made, but the hand is not strong and the magnet is not strong enough to hold a phone which plates are on the bottom. I have found other companies that use stronger magnets to hold the phone vertically or horizontally and this company cannot work with my Samsung Galaxy N20 without a case.

Wide Compatibility: Compatible with iPhone XS Max XR X 8 Plus 7 6S 6, Samsung Galaxy S10 S10+ S10e S9 S9+ S8+ S8 S7 Edge S6 S5, A9 A8+ A8 A7 Pro, Note 9 8 6 5, Google Pixel 3 3XL, Nexus 5 5X 6P, Sony Xperia XA2 XA1 XZ1 Z5 Z4, Oneplus 6T 6, HTC Nokia etc are all smartphones albeit with thick body. The 3M VHB Suction Cup Base and Dashboard works well with most flat surface (excluding leather and vinyl surfaces) car and truck dashboards. The twist-lock vent base works well with both vertical and horizontal vents.
