Second update 4 stars After several emails the seller sent my daughter another tablet and it worked great. I waited a while to write another review because I wanted to make sure this new one would last more than a few weeks and it did. I'm happy! Thanks guys for your customer service! First update 1 star: We bought on April 8, 2018, the return window closed on May 10, officially stopped working. About 3 weeks ago. We thought maybe it was the cord. My daughter left the original cable with her dad so we tried a different micro USB cable. It did not work. Today we finally got the original cable back, and guess what, it still doesn't work. So it was great until the return window closed. Good. So my daughter is enjoying her giant paper bag that she bought with her birthday money. 30 days is too short for a return period. The product must be stored for more than one month. Don't buy this. First rating: 5 stars. My daughter really likes this drawing tablet. She said it was great quality and especially for the price! You can stop looking. This is your tablet.
