Amazingly simple and very useful
My teammates know I always carry this with me and constantly ask for credit because they agree this is the best way to open shackles and beer bottles what for do you have another tool you really need to carry with you at all times? That you really need a screwdriver, pick or knife on deck is totally coincidental, so I leave everything in my bag and only bring this with a lanyard (it's pretty slippery and the sea loves it too). No moving parts means no malfunction.
