The level of customer service that is provided to us by your staff has been amazing at all times. I've never once felt like i'm not being heard or taken seriously when asking questions about customizations we were looking into with their products. They are always willing to go above (and beyond) what they're able in order to get everything right from day one! And then there's this thing called "compatibility" as far as integrations go :). As you can imagine, it takes time for companies who deal in complex industries such as ours, but if those changes don't happen quickly enough - the value proposition just isn't strong enough anymore. Integrate with multiple partners seamlessly without having to hire additional resources / consultants.
