For the price it's good value. The rubber gasket is not the same as the OEM, so it will not fit flush. The rubber pad feels different compared to the original mirror. The OEM mirror has a hard rubber gasket while this replacement mirror is softer making it more difficult to align. Eventually, after struggling to get it straight, I finally gave in, tightened the screws, reassembled everything and done. I took a star off my rating due to an alignment issue, but I still feel like I would buy it again rather than take it from the dealer.
