I've been using my Spire for a few weeks now and it's really been an eye opener. It tracks when you are calm, focused, tense, active and sedentary and I was surprised by the spots where I am tense and now I can work on that. When you first get your Spire all senses notifications stop, but after a few days I only wanted notifications when I was stressed and needed to move. It's very easy to set up. I set it to vibrate because I can't use my phone at work and the vibrations are different for each notification so you know instantly if you need to move, take a deep breath, etc, it just vibrates casually. At the end of the day (or any other time) you can check your stats and see how many days you've been calm, stressed, focused, etc. You can click on that feeling and it will tell you the time. you were like that One of my favorite things about the Spire is the breathing exercises that are included in the app. What I'm doing right now was written by Deepak Chopra. It also has a really nice exercise right on the app's front page that makes you take a deep breath along with some beige dots. Your goal is to make all dots green, and as you keep taking deep breaths, more dots will turn green. He will offer to tell you that you are fine or that you need to slow your breathing. It only lasts a minute or so, so it's a really good way to calm down. I also like the activity tracker. It records my steps very accurately and how long I walk. I walk during my breaks from work and it always aligns with the time I walked and tracks the number of steps I take each day. Spire is very comfortable to wear. I clip it to the top of my pants and don't even know I'm wearing it. I wore the fitness tracker on my arm and found it quite uncomfortable. Also, Spire is invisible, so no one needs to know you have it unless you choose to say so yourself. I charge mine about every 3 days and it is very easy to just attach the included charging pad. The pad looks beautiful like natural cork and blends in well with the stone look of the spire. To be honest I wasn't sure if it would be useful to me when I bought it, but I've found that I rely on it every day. I highly recommend this if you want to learn how to take better care of yourself - mind and body.
