The charms are falling off but it's beautiful

When I opened the bracelet I thought it was very beautiful and it's... The charms started falling off until one day I looked and couldn't find any Pendant on the bracelet! I bought one of these with my first initial and it disappeared and the clasp seems good, I wouldn't spend more money to buy it but it's really nice, I got it in rose gold.
