Great while it worked. The internal spring mechanism broke after 6 months.

I have tried many suction cup phone holders but this one is the best in every way. It never wobbled or lost suction on my dash and the ball joint never came loose like the others. This is amazing considering my dashboard is structured. But after 6 months I put my phone in it as usual and the spring mechanism broke inside.&lt;b&gt;PROS:&lt;/b&gt;* The suction never let up. My car sits outside with no shade under the California sun and has never moved. Fantastic.* Inserts phone very quickly and easily.* Fits a variety of device sizes so you don't have to buy a new mount when you get a new phone.* Pivots never come loose (unlike some that have a screw which needs to be adjusted after the tension is released).* It doesn't wobble much at all.* Holds my Samsung GS4 firmly with rubber pads and it never comes loose.* Sleek design.* Great customer service.&lt;b&gt; CONS:&lt;/b&gt; * It seems a bit flimsy and broke after 6 months of use.&lt;b&gt; To be honest I contacted Koomus and they replied the same day and offered to send a replacement with no questions asked. I will update this review once I get a replacement and make sure it lasts. However, I suspect the internal mechanism is weak and will likely break again.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;i&gt;If it weren't for that I would give it 5 stars and update this review about every 6 months. &lt;/i&gt;
