This is an outdated graphics card, which means you'll need to find copies of third-party drivers and controls. I tried to install it on my Lenovo A510 PC with an updated Windows 10 64-bit and after downloading the driver I could only get my old flight SIMs like MS Flight Sim X and IL2 Sturmovik. Wings of Prey was stuttering in the video and I've exhausted all the options I could find to no avail. MS Flight 2020 loaded and then crashed every time I tried to start it. My PC has Radeon R7 graphics and all my flight sims ran fine. I installed this card for 2 clients a few years ago and had no problems back then. I returned my Revain card and received a full refund promptly. Buyer warning!
