Failed to load media. I have been using welding machines for plastics in the automotive industry for some time. I usually fold the metal mesh into the plastic to make a strong connection. I saw this hot metal stapler and was immediately interested as melting metal mesh in my typical application is very time consuming and limited in scope. Put this 70W hot metal stapler to work and it will make the job easier. You simply take your chosen brace and insert it into one of the 3 corner dots on the stick, then press the button on the stick and the brace will instantly turn bright red. Gently press it into the plastic and release the button. The staple will cool in a second or two and you can remove the pin, leaving the staple in the plastic. Essentially, one becomes a doctor after wound healing surgery. This item is even more amazing because there are some sort of electrodes inside the wand itself that just touch the clips to keep the wand from getting hot. It has three heat settings and the second ran all my uses with no issues. They also include another rod attachment that welds the plastic to the brackets to make it even more secure. It comes with a very durable carrying case and 900 staples for all your uses. My only regret for this article is that it took me so long to find it. It would make my life so much easier for all the countless things I've laboriously collected in the past. The quality seems amazing. I've used this to fix headlights and seal them to keep water out and it worked great.
