Our family loves to bake. What we lack in decoration skills, we make up for in aroma and flavor. Although we are working on it. A set of baking utensils consists of 8 items. It's really non-stick. My husband made us a fondant cake with 2 round shapes. He totally forgot to grease/spray the baking sheets before baking and the cupcakes still came out with ease. As you can see from the photo the cake is not broken. Plus, it only took him a few minutes to wash and dry the pans. We've also made meatloaf and blueberry lemon muffins. Everything is cooked and baked evenly and is clean again quickly. Not only do the red "handles" make it easier to lift the pans, I've found that when you grab that area, it doesn't get as hot as the rest of the pan. When you buy sets, they generally don't seem to be as good as the individual items. So that's not the case with this set.
