Incredibly convenient and helps stop snacking
A friend recommended this product to kick start my 41 year weight loss after a long plateau. I used to skip breakfast and graze all day. This product was a fantastic choice - I drink my smoothie in the morning (my advice is to drink it IMMEDIATELY after blending or it will get uncomfortably thick) - and it absolutely eliminates my hunger or desire to snack before dinner. . When my work schedule gets really hectic, I just grab another smoothie for lunch and it's nice to know I'm eating lots of fruit/veg without making me miserable.
