I needed a pair of heavier gloves that weren't exactly snow/snowboard gloves for our trip to Iceland. Intended to wear them like heavier liners but used them for the entire trip instead. They were very comfortable, wind and waterproof enough. Quite thick material, almost like scuba material, but very warm. I wouldn't submerge them in water or anything, but they have survived crawling in wet ice caves and rain. The touchscreen finger would work if I pressed it firmly against my finger, but I don't think the gloves were pressed tightly enough against the touchscreen fingers to work properly. I'd deduct half a star for that, but other than that I'm surprisingly happy with them!
