The sound is very pleasant. Phone calls are fine too, but still sound weird when both ears are closed. I hear my voice in my head, not in the air, and then in my ears - if that makes sense. Easily connect to two devices at once and play music (or GPS voice) on both devices. Other Bluetooth devices I had were able to pair with two devices, but would only play music from the first paired device. I find them more comfortable than the over-the-ear headphones I've tried. My downside is that if you are very active they will slip off your head. When I walk they are fine, but when I bend down the top part slips off my head and I have to catch them. On-ear headphones are safer, but they're hotter and, for me, not as comfortable. The round ear model I tried had little room to adjust them on the head if they were uncomfortable. If they're on the outside of my ears, I can just move a little forward or back, or even up or down, and I feel better.
