I bought a small pack of these at first because I wasn't sure if they would really be that useful. My daughter wanted more after the first little bag was gone so of course I broke down and bought a whole can of this. They are good for preventing blisters if there are certain small areas where blisters usually appear on your dancer. Do not apply to broken skin! Simply allow your blisters to heal, then protect the area with one of these items. They also stick to a class or two pretty well.
