FAILED! Bought to alert us to a water leak behind a built in entertainment center that is difficult to reach but is next to the main water intake and water pump. Installed and tested a month ago and checked after a few days, the signals come and the sensor reads dry. Today I notice the wet carpet and remove everything to get behind the block and find the leak sensor in a puddle and wet to the touch at the top but not activated. Check my phone and no leak alert was sent. Move the sensor and get an instant alarm (audible) from the device and a notification on the phone. Unfortunately it was already too late, because the water stood for several hours and seeped into the walls and carpet. Total failure. Back to simple "lick frog" alarms that would at least alert us as soon as we got home.
