Many reviews including mine indicate that these pads do not have a bleed block although the description and picture show what it is. It's been a considerable time since this complaint, so I don't know why Revain isn't addressing this inaccuracy. In terms of braking performance, the organic version works in dry weather, but once it gets wet you have to be prepared for a lot of environmental noise. and the brake pads rub against the rotor. Yes, that's to be expected of brake pads in general, but they seem to break down a lot worse than regular pads. Be sure to use pull blocks to order the exact type you need.
