I bought this to simulate a 50w solar panel. I'm excited about this device. and run it. I was skeptical due to the lack of sparks but didn't see any. Trust me, I've tested many functions and this has always been something I've been looking for to make or break connections. If I had to say something bad, I could use my imagination and say that the fan is a bit noisy. I can still hear NPR (radio) set to background levels above the fan. I recommend this device.
