I was very happy to finally be able to use the smoothing comb. I chose a beautiful turquoise color. It was beautifully packaged. The hair straightening brush came in a cloth bag labeled Aima Beauty and the hair straightening brush is already inside, the reversible glove is very comfortable so I don't burn my fingers, there is also Aima Beauty on the edge of the glove, a leaflet with instructions for use and a thank you letter in several languages. I like that it heats up quickly, the controls are right on the handle, I used to hit with my flat hand so I have to be careful. The cord is great and also the swivel cord so you don't get tangled in the cord while using it is long enough for hassle free use. When I first plugged it in it turned on but didn't work. start heating up. I had to hold the power button for a second or two then it started to heat up. The temperature is calculated to the desired temperature and then always starts with the last used temperature. When I first turned it on I think it defaulted to 250, I don't remember, after that I set it to the temperature I wanted. The size is big as I have small hands so I can easily hold it. The glove on the other hand is a bit large with about 1 inch fingers sticking out. But I'm so glad it came with a glove so thanks for this Aima Beauty. It was pretty cool on first use, felt like I was done faster than with an iron. I love that it made my hair smooth and shiny which is exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed. I also experimented and managed to achieve curls at the ends of my hair, which I really liked! I've used it a few times and each time I feel better and better. I love the fact that it reduces my hair straightening time since I have long hair. Overall I like the hair straightening brush, it is very easy to use and gives great results. The best part is that you can use it with both left and right hands.
