The device doesn't work. I did a full setup but when I insert a CD it always says 'no CD'. I bought this because it is an all region DVD player. I've tried using both PAL CDs and other CDs but it just doesn't work. It is defective and my 30 day return policy has expired. (Really 30 days?) I ordered and waited for a UK DVD before opening and setting up this player, but delivery of the DVD was delayed. No other DVD works. I went through the 30-day return policy (really only 30 days?). I contacted the buyer and he refunded me even though it's been 30 days because I already bought another one. It was a pleasure working with them.
