I only started using it a few months after I bought it. so I can't return it. On the SECOND DAY of use it almost boiled! When he turns the dial, it's LOUD! Looks like it can self destruct AND freezes all the time! Sometimes I can't get it to play even after restarting! Hard Drives NEW! There is no reason why this should happen. It wasn't worth a single star. DO NOT BUY THIS!

The first DVD player I received didn't work and I didn't open it to try it until it was time to return it. I left a bad review for a product. Shortly after my review, the company contacted me and said they would refund my money or send me a new DVD player. I chose another player and it works fine. I finally replaced a player that let me down because it was overloaded with features I would never use. The documentation for this player is simple and clear. Connecting/setup was easy. Substituting players took no more than 12 minutes. The player earns perfect immediately. The picture quality is excellent for my Sony TV.
