The first DVD player I received didn't work and I didn't open it to try it until it was time to return it. I left a bad review for a product. Shortly after my review, the company contacted me and said they would refund my money or send me a new DVD player. I chose another player and it works fine. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the product. That's hard to find in a company these days.
