The main reason I bought them was to use them around our coffee shop. Well, the hot liquid made it smell and taste like wood. I then tried using it in Flake and then again in Sherbet and yet, perhaps because that was my first impression, all I could try was wood. Now they're great for the environment, but I think they need to be tweaked somewhere.
