Review on Sapphire Blue Xbox Classic Controller S-Type: Wired Gamepad for Xbox S Type Console by Mac Quigley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Just an annoying mistake.

You may be wondering why I gave it 3 stars after giving it 5 stars for everything else, let's see. I was surprised by the quality and strength of the plastic used in the controller and the strength of the cable. I honestly think I could use it as a decent weapon in a pinch and it wouldn't do much damage. Aesthetically it is the same as the picture, it looks great and if it wasn't for the Xbox logo it would be hard to say this wasn't the original item. The controls feel crisp and wonderfully responsive, and the boots just feel perfect. So why do I give 3 stars? For a single problem, every time you start a game where the controller goes haywire for a while, your camera decides to look up at the sky and your character decides to go left. I have over a hundred games and I've checked if it's happened on all of them. , I tried 10 random ones and it didn't fail on all of them. At first I was very disappointed and thought the controller was useless but at some point I decided to struggle with the controls and found that if you just go the controller to yourself there will continue to be glitches, if you fight it for a few seconds (turning both joysticks in different directions). The controller starts working, from that moment the glitch seems to go away until you turn off or restart the console except for some Call of Duty games where the error reoccurs every time you start a new level . This is a major downside and I hope it's just for my controller, but I really feel like it's not terrible, at least not at the Dunkaccino's price point. However, if my controller isn't unique, I say you'll find something better, even if it costs you a donut on top of your coffee.
