Review on Sylvania Halogen Dimmable Medium Replacing Bulb: Efficient Lighting Solution by Shawn Pollock

Very disappointed. One bulb was perfectly fine, the other was cracked inside, and the pigment that made the bulb "soft white" was flaking all over and missing entirely from the top of the bulb. Judging by the nature of the damage I don't think it happened during shipping, I think they shipped an already damaged/used bulb.
