Defiantly "uniform pants ". Very gross stuff, but they served.
Defiantly "uniform trousers". Very rough material, but it served us as a costume. But won't use them anymore. I bought some bigger than what my kids needed. Stitches popped in crotch as soon as they sat in 2 pairs!.
