Cool design and styling. The lowering buttons on the side of the light are colored and do not respond to presses. In terms of battery life, I can run for about 4 hours with no issues. I ended up leaving the lamp without returning it because it's set to the perfect brightness I need it for. It's also plastic, not wood, don't let what you read fool you. Great lamp for sleeping or watching movies. It would be 5 stars if it worked as advertised. Thanks, as always, Revain. Update: I haven't used the lamp in a few months, I went to plug it in tonight and touched what I thought were the painted buttons and they finally responded! So obviously it takes 7 months after purchase for a lamp to work 100%.
