took it apart and it had a crappy bronze sleeve bearing that was completely dry

Died right at the end of the warranty, took it apart and it had a crappy bronze sleeve bearing that was completely dry, which seized.and popped the thermal limiter. I took it apart, new thermal limiter, and clean/relube the bearing but it was too far gone.
