Review on Daphne DMS by Chris Long

The interface allows for ease of access, I like that you can search by date or file type as well as user profile which makes my job easier! There are only 3 features/features i dislike about daphene but they really aren't much so not too big of deal - 1) Sometimes it takes awhile to update when adding new documents through online; 2) sometimes if there isn't enough space left in your hard drive then all files will be moved off into another folder (which usually happens without any warning); 3) occasionally your site may go down causing some issues with certain functions such as uploading. Overall its been great!! We have solved our problems from storing paper records. It's user friendly, it allows you to track documents in one place. You can also attach files to emails that are sent out. The only thing I dislike is sometimes it will not allow me to upload attachments. Also, I wish there was more customization options. I feel like there could be some extra features added to this software, but it does do what it needs to do. It helps us to keep track of our documents and make sure we don't lose any important ones.
