But works very loud.

I bought these to make an MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) from a Fluval Spec 16 feeder in an aquarium. These stones create a lot of air but are noisy. Too loud for my living room - louder than the open pipe or Top Fin Bubble Air Stone I replaced them with. If noise isn't an issue for your use, they work just fine.
