We have it outside, in total shade, as a backdrop for the 'secret garden'. The vibrant colors began to fade almost immediately and now, less than a year later, there are barely any visible traces of what was once a very beautiful canvas and background. Wouldn't buy again. Maybe he lasted longer indoors, but he was completely in the shade so I don't know.
