Decent skirt, SIZED!

People were right to order UP, I wear size 4/5 jeans and usually run small when it comes to high waist skirts (my waist is about 25 inches ), but I ordered the size XL after reading some of the reviews. It was a little big for my waist but I zipped it up and it works great. It's a little above mid-thigh on me and I love it. Great stuff too!
