Review on 🔌 Volvo Penta Electric Fuel Pump Assembly - Compatible with 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L (21608511, 21545138) by MOSTPLUS by Ray Cole

Second attempt at an aftermarket pump for my boat's Volvo Penta engine. This vendor didn't have a better product than the first. The pump came out of the box as advertised and the packaging was adequate to protect it during transit. Installed the pump. The first problem is that the supplied fuel filter is too long to simply tighten with a filter wrench. The wrench is caught in one of the pump fittings. The OEM Volvo fuel filter has been shortened to correct this problem. After installation, the pump filled the system, but the engine did not overturn. We went back to my ship mechanic. The pump is installed correctly. There are no other fuel problems. This brand new pump only delivered 16psi when it should have delivered 60psi. Send it back and spend the money on the original part.
