Bought for my wife. The wax melts well and the heater keeps the wax at the desired temperature. The wax spreads well and helps with hair removal, but I would recommend it on longer hair, some of the shorter hair will take more effort. There is no bad smell from the wax. The device is stable and the instructions for removing wax from the device and cleaning are easy to follow. The conditioner spray helps to remove wax residue left on some areas where the wax has been applied too thinly and makes the area shine. I recommend it to those who prefer waxing to shaving.
