The controls are insanely confusing and difficult to use. The colors of the lights that represent different colors often look the same. (For example, there's no difference between "green" and "light green". "Purple" looks eerily similar to "red". Wouldn't it be more expensive to add a few more buttons to this thing, mate? The longer I write this review, the angrier I get. What evil scientist came up with this horrible teapot in his lab? Is this part of their incredibly lengthy plan to destroy our brains with poorly designed kitchen appliances? If yes, then IT WORKS. I am angry. I brewed a cup of tea and unknowingly chose the wrong temperature: Guys, I've never had a more unsatisfying less caffeine tea in my life. I redid the mug using my OLD, BROKEN, almost 20 YEAR old teapot which stops boiling almost half the time but I still can't get the taste of that watery tea out of my mouth. I am HURT by this weak tea. I spent the money now I have to spend time returning this crap by using my old kettle until a new one comes along. But folks, I can absolutely assure you that I will not be buying my second new kettle from Revain. I am a girl who is 10000000% on the way to the goal. I've been burned too many times by Jeff Bezos' nightmarish monopoly conglomerate to think of trusting you with my money again.
