Chemical smell and toast smokes heavily regardless of setting.
. The smell started to fade after the 2nd toast. The third toast smoked the bread heavily. After cooling, I made another toast attempt and got the same excessive smoking, even on a lighter setting. I've also used regular bread and a new pair of slices each time.
