The concept was to provide healthy meals for people in need without any cost. I really liked that it's easy to create your own meal plan when you use their app and also they help you prepare all the recipes step by step so everything goes well. It took me some time to understand how to make my first order but after reading the instructions many times i managed to do it myself. They have great customer service and are always willing to answer questions and give tips about cooking if needed. There isn't anything which I dislike at this moment. But there were few things which could be improved. 1) Sometimes it takes longer than expected before they deliver the product (e.g. 3 days).2) Some ingredients might seem too expensive compared to other online companies.3) Their delivery can take up to 2-4 hours.
