I like that it's easy to use and has many different options. It is also very user friendly! The only thing I dislike about this program is that there are not enough templates available in some of them. For example, when you create a new template it does not have any pre-built designs or layouts which can be used as a starting point. You must first make your own design from scratch. This makes using Smith difficult if you don't know how to do so. So far I am satisfied with my experience with Smith. They provide great customer service and they respond quickly whenever we need help.
