Must buy! The packaging was beautiful! The box it came in looked like it was a gift and the felt holder is thick and very durable. The tray is simply inserted into the holder and does not increase the volume during storage. The bowl is large enough to thaw several pieces of meat. So far I've used it for tuna, tilapia, chicken and hamburger steaks. This is by far the fastest defrost tray I've ever used. A 2-inch tuna steak defrosted in under 30 minutes! Cleaning is garbage. The side grooves are deep enough to prevent liquid from splashing onto the table and a quick rinse will remove any residue. This is a lot harder work than I expected. I love this tray and highly recommend it! I will buy more for gifts!
