I have ordered a pair of back plate frames for 2 of my hot rods. It definitely cleans up the look of my license plate and the back of cars. In addition, it is durable and has a nice finish, but in my opinion I noticed 2 disadvantages. First, due to the height of the bottom of the frame, it may partially cover your tag decal depending on how your state organizes its license plates. Second, because it's metallic and flush, it can damage painted surfaces. To do this I made 3/16 plastic spacers under the mounting screws to protect the frame from paint. Apart from these two remarks, the frames are good and I would recommend them.
