I tried it after a friend recommended it to me. I would call him a legitimate amateur bodybuilder and he's even competed in a contest or two. He uses this post workout workout so I decided to give it a try. I think the serving size (1 scoop) makes the flavor very strong, you basically need to dilute it in about half a gallon of water (but you won't, you'll be using your shaker like I did). I'm going to be stacking my protein powder with Carboline and have found that it just makes me feel bloated and rough which is ironic because I should be feeling great considering I just quit my workout. I know it's not my protein that's causing the discomfort because I drink my protein on my own throughout the day and feel great. I took it yesterday after a workout and went to the pool and felt like running after having an inflated swing ring in my stomach (I couldn't suckle when I tried and I don't usually need to suckle). It might work for some people and I'm not saying it's a bad product, but not for me. I guess I'll just add a banana to my protein shake again.
