I work in a factory and I had pain in my wrists so I decided to give it a try. It doesn't take away all the pain or anything, but I DEFINITELY notice a difference when I'm not wearing the bracelet. However, I had a few problems; I have a small wrist so finding the right bracelet can sometimes be difficult. It usually slips and sometimes gets in the way at work. Also, the little magnets keep trying to pop out. When trying to glue one in, I bent the bracelet too much and it started breaking. I probably won't buy anything like this again.
