It's very easy to create new project teams, give them access rights and assign tasks for all stakeholders involved - from customers until suppliers (and others).Also it allows to handle issues in detail while a problem cannot be solved by one person only but requires several people who know each other well enough to keep things sorted out.There are some functions which should have been developed more or improved faster than they were - at least this could be noticed sometimes easily during our presentations as we had quite good knowledge about problems with SmartCrowds implementation and how often their team needed help with questions regarding it.
