6'2", 195 lbs, 34" waist. The big one fits perfectly. If you like your underpants a little looser, the extra large size will suit you. The extra wide belt at the waist is fantastic, especially since the belt is made from the same fabric. I wore them today while working on my back 40 for about 4-5 hours removing bushes and creepers from ditches. The average temperature was around 30 degrees and I felt very comfortable, not too hot and not too cold. I have already bought Minus 33 products and have always been delighted. This is further proof that merino wool is great and the M33 has its own shit! Cotton and poly won't help. As for the price, you get what you paid for and honestly I'm worth every penny!
