Product 48700-9N00A arrived, model .B not listed in item list. The box containing the product had a 48700-9N00B label obscuring the actual parts label which stated it was a 48700-9N00A unit. Luckily, these two working parts are interchangeable and work the same way. Installed it on my 2010 Nissan Maxima in less than 30 minutes and was on the road again. I disconnected the negative battery cable to be safe, so I would recommend doing the same. All you need is a medium Phillips screwdriver to remove the bottom plate and a 3/8 socket (if I remember correctly) to remove the two nuts on the block. facing the passenger side of the car.
