The fit is too small compared to other shoes.
The child has a size 8 shoe that fits very well. I buy size 9 because I think they should last a while. However, when we finally tried them on, they weren't even close. I bought them ahead of time as a birthday present, but unfortunately it's too late to return them now that it's his birthday and he needs them. Not very happy.
