Unlike the gel pad, this pad is rather weak and doesn't contain anything. The product comes folded and has not lost its average crease in almost a week of continuous use. The cushion is only about an inch and a half thick and is made of flimsy foam that offers no real tailbone relief. The pillow was pretty much used up after about 2 weeks of use. It might work if you weigh less than 100 pounds. but for most of us, that pillow is utterly useless. The only plus of this pillow is that there are rubber protrusions on the bottom to keep it from moving. The set includes a strap for attaching to a chair. But there are no slits in the pillowcase to thread through and secure, so you'll have to tighten the strap on the seat when it's compressed, which (obviously) is too much pressure for the plastic fasteners, which then snap. Belt. Totally, totally useless. For the money you'd expect memory foam or something, but this is foam, not much stronger than the gray packaging foam - too bad
